59-d I MATURITY DATES AMOUNTS (IncluSlve) (per year) 1976 to 1982 $10,000 1983 to 1988 15,000 1984 to 1993 20,000 199 to 1995 25,000 The City reserves the right to redeem bonds maturing 1993 to 1995, inclusive, in whole or any part thereof, on February 1, 1992, or any interest payment date thereafter, at par and accrued interest; provided that at least thirty (30) days prior to any interest payment date upon Which any of said bonds are to be redeemed, notice of redemption shall be published once in a financial journal published in the State of Texas, and shall have been signed by ~he City Secretary and filed with the banks of payment and should any bond or bonds not be presented for re- demption pursuant to such notice, the same shall cease to bear interest from and after the date so fixed for redemption. Funds sufficient to redeem any bonds so called for redemption shall be I deposited with said banks prior to the date fixed for their re- demption. Section 4. That each of said bonds shall contain on its face these words: "IN ADDITION to all other rights, the holder or holders of this Bond, and of the series of which it is a part, is and are subrogated to all the rights and has and have all of the remedies of the holders of the original indebtedness refunded by this issue of bonds." Section 5. That each of said bonds and the interest coupons appurtenant thereto shall be executed with the imprinted facsimile I signatures of the Mayor and City Secretary of the City of San Marcos, Texas, and the official seal of said City shall be im- pressed, or a facsimile thereof printed, on each of said bonds. Execution in such manner shall have the same effect as if such bonds and coupons had been signed by said Mayor and City Secretary in person by their manual signatures.
