<br />66 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1974 - 6 <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />On this the 28th of January, 1974, the City Council of the <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at the <br /> <br />regular meeting place thereof in the City Hall of said City, with <br /> <br />the following members present, to wit: <br /> <br />EWl ,,',. TAUCH <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />and the following absent: DeLa Rosa and Ethered~e <br /> <br /> <br />a quorum, and proceedings were had as follows: <br /> <br />, constituting <br /> <br />Councilman Ki n ~ <br /> <br />introduced the proposed ordinance and <br /> <br />same was read in full. Councilman Tauch <br /> <br />moved that the <br /> <br />rule reqUiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed <br /> <br />as an emergency measure as stated in the preamble of said ordinance, <br />and that said ordinance become effective immediately from and after <br />its passage. Motion was seconded by Councilman Cunnin~ham The <br />motion carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Hayer Ethc:t'eae;e 8.REl Councilmen Cunningham <br /> <br />Dibrell <br /> <br />King <br /> <br />Flores <br /> <br />T auch <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Tauch <br /> <br />moved that the ordinance be passed <br /> <br />finally.
