<br />91-1 <br /> <br />(4) The owner or agent snaIl insure that containers at <br />mobile home spaces are emptied regularly and malntained in a <br />usable, sanitary condition. <br /> <br />L. Insect and ROdent Control. Grounds, buildings and <br />structures shall be maintained free of lnsect and rodent harborage <br />and lnfestation. Extermlnation methods and other measures to <br />control insects and rodents shall conform with the requirements <br />of the City Health Director. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(1) Parks shall be maintained free of accumulation of <br />debris which may provide rodent harborage or breeding places for <br />flies, mosquitoes and other pests. <br /> <br />(2) The growth of brush, weeds and grass shall be controlled <br />to prevent harborage of noxious insects or other pests. Parks <br />shall be so maintained as to prevent the growth of nOXlOUS weed <br />detrlmental to health. Open areas shall be maintained tree of <br />heavy undergrowth of any description. <br /> <br />M. Fuel ~upply and Storage. From and after the effective <br />date of thlS Ordinance the following shall apply. <br /> <br />(1) Natural Gas System. <br /> <br />a. Natural gas piping systems shall be installed under- <br />ground and maintained ln accordance with applicable codes <br />ana regultions governing such systems. <br /> <br />b. Each mobile home space provlded with plped gas <br />shall have a cap on the outlet when not in use to prevent <br />accidental dlscharge of gas, and shall be ln accordance with <br />the City PlumDing Code, as applicaDle. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(2) Liquefied Petroleum Gas System. Liquefied petroleum gas <br />systems shall be installed only if an avallable natural gas <br />system is more than one thousana (1,000) feet from the mobile home <br />park. The liquefiea petroleum gas systems shall be maintainea in <br />accordance with appllcable codes of the City governing such systems <br />ana regulations of the Texas Railroad Commission pertalning thereto. <br /> <br />N. Miscellaneous Requirements. <br /> <br />(1) Responsibillties of the Park Management. <br /> <br />a. All responsibilities set out elsewhere in this <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />b. The owner or his agent shall operate the park in <br />compllance with this and other applicable ordinances and <br />Shall proviae adequate supervislon to maintain the park, <br />its facllities and equipment in good repair and in a clean <br />and sanitary condltion. <br /> <br />c. The owner or agent snaIl notify park occupants <br />of thlS Ordinance and inform them it is their duty and responsibility <br />to comply wlth this Orainance. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />d. The owner or agent shall maintaln a register of <br />park occupancy wnich shall contain the following informatlon: <br /> <br />1. Name and park address of park residents; <br /> <br />2. Dates of arrival and departure. <br /> <br />e. A new register shall be initiated on January 1st <br />of each year, and tne old register be retlred, but snaIl be <br />retained on the premises tor at least three (3) years following <br />the retirement. Registers shall be available for inspectlon <br />at all reasonable times by an official ot the City at San Marcos <br />whose dutles may necessltate access to the informatlon <br />contained therein. <br /> <br />I <br />~ <br />
