91-a L. Mobile Home Park. A development of three or more mobile home spaces arranged on a tract of land in which the tenants of the mobile homes are not the owners of the land. If the tenant of the mobile home is the owner of the mobile home itself and the owner of the land on which this respective mobile home is located then it will be exempt from being classified as a mobile home park. M. Parking Space, Off-Street. A minimum space, eight and one-half feet in width by twenty feet in length, located within the boundary of a mobile home space, or in a common parking and storage area having unobstructed access to an internal street. I N. Permit. A written permit or certificate issued by the Building Official permitting the construction, alteration, or extension of a mobile home park, under the provisions of this Ordinance and regulations issued hereunder. O. ~. Any natural individual, firm, trust, partnership, association or corporation. P. Site Plan. Graphic representation, drawn to scale, in a horizontal plane, delineating: (1) The area and dimensions of the tract of land, with identification of location and boundaries; (2) The number, location and size of all mobile home spaces; (3) The location, width, grade and specifications of driveways, roadways, and walkways; (4) The location, grade and specifications of water and sewer lines and riser pipes; (5) The location and details of lighting, electrical and I gas systems; (6) The location and specifications of all buildings constructed or to be constructed within the park; (7) Existing and proposed topography of the mobile home park; (8) The location of fire mains, including the size, the hydrants, and any other equipment which may be provided; (9) Such other information as municipal reviewing officials may reasonably require; (10) A stamp showing approval of the site plan from the Director of Public Works in accordance with the specifications and provisions of this Ordinance. Q. Police Chief. The legally designated Chief of the Police Department of the City, or his authorized representative. R. Replacement. The act of moving one mobile home from its existing stand and replacing it with another mobile home. I S. Service Building. A structure housing toilet, lavatory, and such other facilities as may be required by this Ordinance for the general use of the tenants of the mobile home park. T. Sewer Connection. The connection consisting of all pipes, fittings, and appurtenances from the drain outlet of a mobile home to the inlet of the corresponding sewer service riser pipe of the sewage system serving the mobile home park.
