<br />91-a <br /> <br />L. Mobile Home Park. A development of three or more mobile <br />home spaces arranged on a tract of land in which the tenants of <br />the mobile homes are not the owners of the land. If the tenant <br />of the mobile home is the owner of the mobile home itself and <br />the owner of the land on which this respective mobile home is <br />located then it will be exempt from being classified as a mobile <br />home park. <br /> <br />M. Parking Space, Off-Street. A minimum space, eight and <br />one-half feet in width by twenty feet in length, located within <br />the boundary of a mobile home space, or in a common parking and <br />storage area having unobstructed access to an internal street. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />N. Permit. A written permit or certificate issued by the <br />Building Official permitting the construction, alteration, or <br />extension of a mobile home park, under the provisions of this <br />Ordinance and regulations issued hereunder. <br /> <br />O. ~. Any natural individual, firm, trust, partnership, <br />association or corporation. <br /> <br />P. Site Plan. Graphic representation, drawn to scale, in <br />a horizontal plane, delineating: <br /> <br />(1) The area and dimensions of the tract of land, with <br />identification of location and boundaries; <br /> <br />(2) The number, location and size of all mobile home <br />spaces; <br /> <br />(3) The location, width, grade and specifications of <br />driveways, roadways, and walkways; <br /> <br />(4) The location, grade and specifications of water and <br />sewer lines and riser pipes; <br /> <br />(5) The location and details of lighting, electrical and I <br />gas systems; <br /> <br />(6) The location and specifications of all buildings <br />constructed or to be constructed within the park; <br /> <br />(7) Existing and proposed topography of the mobile home <br /> <br />park; <br /> <br />(8) The location of fire mains, including the size, the <br />hydrants, and any other equipment which may be provided; <br /> <br />(9) Such other information as municipal reviewing officials <br />may reasonably require; <br /> <br />(10) A stamp showing approval of the site plan from the <br />Director of Public Works in accordance with the specifications <br />and provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Q. Police Chief. The legally designated Chief of the Police <br />Department of the City, or his authorized representative. <br /> <br />R. Replacement. The act of moving one mobile home from its <br />existing stand and replacing it with another mobile home. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />S. Service Building. A structure housing toilet, lavatory, <br />and such other facilities as may be required by this Ordinance <br />for the general use of the tenants of the mobile home park. <br /> <br />T. Sewer Connection. The connection consisting of all pipes, <br />fittings, and appurtenances from the drain outlet of a mobile <br />home to the inlet of the corresponding sewer service riser pipe <br />of the sewage system serving the mobile home park. <br />
