<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />91-b <br /> <br />U. Sewer Service Riser Pipe. That portion of a sewer <br />service which extends vertically to the ground elevation and <br />terminates at a mobile home space. <br /> <br />V. Space. A plot of ground within a mobile home park <br />designed for the accommodation of one mobile home, together <br />with such open space as required by the Ordinance. This term <br />shall also include the terms "lot", "stand", and "site". <br /> <br />W. Tax Assessor-Collector. The legally designated Tax <br />Assessor-Collector of the City, or his authorized representative. <br /> <br />X. Water Connection. The connection consisting of all <br />pipes and appurtenances from the water riser pipe to the water <br />inlet pipe of the distribution system within a mobile home. <br /> <br />Y. Water Riser Pipe. That portion of the private water <br />service system serving a mobile home park, which extends vertically <br />to a ground elevation and terminates at a designated point at <br />a mobile home space. <br /> <br />AA. Stand. Area of a mobile home lot which has been reserved <br />for placement of a mobile home. <br /> <br />BB. Tie-Down. Any device designed for the purpose to anchor <br />a mobile home to ground anchors. (As required by State Standards). <br /> <br />CC. Blocking. The foundation for leveling and suppotting <br />the mobile home. (As required by State Standards). <br /> <br />DD. Travel Trailer. Any structure or vehicle used as <br />sleeping or living quarters which may be driven toward or propelled <br />from one location to another without change in the structure, <br />vehicle or design thereof, whether or not the same is intended to <br />include recreational and vacation vehicles and trailers not used <br />for year round living such as travel trailers, pickup coaches <br />mounted on a truck chassis, motorhomes, camping trailers. This <br />definition does not include mobile homes as defined in Section <br />1.K of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Permits. <br /> <br />A. A permit shall be required for the construction of a <br />permanent residential and/or commercial structure in any mobile <br />home park. <br /> <br />(1) Existing residential and/or commercial structures may <br />be retained or new residential and/or commercial structures may <br />be constructed on the premises of the park. <br /> <br />(2) An existing structure may be converted to a clubhouse, <br />community center or service building for use by the residents of <br />the mobile home park. <br /> <br />B. Permit Required. It shall be unlawful for any person to <br />construct, alter or extend any mobile home park within the limits <br />of the City of San Marcos unless he holds a valid permit issued <br />by the Building Official in the name of such person for the specific <br />construction, alteration or extension proposed in conformation <br />wi th Appendix C, Section II, "Procedure", of the Code of Ordinances <br />of the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />C. Application Requirements. All application for permits <br />shall be made upon a standard form provided by the Building Official <br />and shall contain the following: <br />
