<br />~ <br /> <br />(1) Name and address of the applicant; <br /> <br />(2) Location and legal description of the mobile home park. <br /> <br />To this application shall be attached ten (10) copies of <br />a site plan, at a minimum scale of 1"-200' for sites of thirty <br />(30) acres or more, and at a minimum scale of 1"-100' for sites <br />under thirty (30) acres. The site plan shall include all data <br />required under Section 6 thereof. <br /> <br />One print of the site plan is to be circulated by the Building <br />Official to each of the City departments designated in Section 5 <br />of the Ordinance for approval prior to issuing the permit. <br /> <br />D. Permit Fee. All applications to the Building Official <br />shall be accompanied by a fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00). <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />E. Issuance of Permit. When, upon review of the application, <br />the proposed plan meets the requirements of this Ordinance, a <br />permit shall be issued by the Building Official to construct a <br />mobile home park. <br /> <br />F. Denial of Permit; hearing. Any person whose application <br />for a permit under this Ordinance has been denied may request <br />a hearing on the matter under the procedure provided by Section 4 <br />of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Inspection. <br /> <br />A. Inspections Required. The Building Official, the City <br />Health Officer, Director of Public Works, the Fire Chief, and the <br />Tax Assessor-Collector are hereby authorized and directed to make <br />such inspections as are necessary to determine compliance with <br />this Ordinance. <br /> <br />B. Entry on Premises. The Building Official, the City <br />Health Officer, Director of Public Works, Fire Chief, Police Chief I <br />and the Tax Assessor-Collector shall have the power to enter at <br />reasonable times, upon any private or public property for the <br />purpose of inspecting and investigating conditions relating to <br />the enforcement of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />C. Inspection Fee. An application for an Inspection <br />Certificate will be issued in the office of the Building Official. <br /> <br />(1) Mobile Home Owner Inspection Fee. The mobile home <br />owner's Inspection Certificate will be issued for a fee of Eighteen <br />Dollars ($18.00) for the initial hook-up. A certificate of <br />inspection will be issued provided the mobile home meets the <br />provisions and specifications of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />(2) The mobile home inspection shall consist of the following: <br /> <br />a. Gas System - Pressure test all exterior and interior <br />piping with 5# air. Check water heater and central heating vents, <br />check sources of combustion air for heating system. Gas lines <br />shall be buried a minimum of six inches underground from park <br />supply to mobile home piping. <br /> <br />b. Electrical System - Check grounding, entrance cord, <br />breaker box. All wiring shall meet requirements of National <br />Electrical Code and City Electrical Code. <br /> <br />c. Water Supply - Hook-up shall be made with schedule <br />#40 P.V.C. or equivalent piping. <br /> <br />I <br />
