ACTIONS UNDER VARIOUS CONDITIONS <br /> <br />A. INCREASED READINESS <br /> <br />l. Assemble and brief county/cities officials. <br /> <br />2. Pass appropriate information to the unincorporated communities for <br />appropriate action. <br /> <br />3. Arrange for printing and distribution of CSP. <br /> <br />4. Review plans, personnel rosters, shelter status. training require- <br />ments and status of equipment. <br /> <br />5. Top off gas tanks in auxiliary units and operational vehicles. <br />Check spares and prepare to fix flat tires. <br /> <br />6. Update rosters and plans as necessary. <br /> <br />7. Prepare EOC's for occupancy; man on skeleton basis or completely <br />at the judgement of the chief executives or their alternate. <br /> <br />8. Review or draft material to be released to the public overKCNY, <br />KRlffi, and KLBJ radio stations, TV stations. TV Cable as the emergency <br />dictates. <br /> <br />9. Begin any training classes necessary to fill vacancies or serve <br />as refresher for DP staff on a crash basis, if required. <br /> <br />10. Prepare standby plans for extended communications such as extra <br />telephones, radios or runners., <br />
