<br />106 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1974-36~R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS A CONTRACT WITH EAPAC RESOURCE RECOVERY <br />DIVISION INC., PROVIDING FOR THE DISPOSAL OF PAPER WASTE <br />COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos desires to participate in a paper waste <br />reclamation project conducted by EAPAC; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, EAPAC Corporation has expressed its desire to contract with the <br />City of San Marcos for the receipt of paper waste in return for services <br />rendered by EAPAC: now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the contract attached to this Resolution be, and is hereby, <br />in all things approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Mayor, Dr. Emmie Craddock, be, and is hereby, authorized <br />to execute on behalf of the City of San Marcos a contract heretofore approved <br />by the City Council, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution and incor- <br />porated herein for all intents and purposes. <br /> <br />PART 3.
