<br />~) <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />yO <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION OF AGP~EMENT FOR JOINT PARTICIPATION <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN tffiRCOS, TEXAS, AND THE <br />CO~li~ISSIONERSr COURT OF HAYS COUNTY, FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF PAVING AND DRAINAGE INPROVEHENTS <br />ON THORP LANE <br /> <br />.VHEREAS, the Inter-local Cooperation Act of 1971 authorizes <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />local government to enter into agreements for various ser- <br /> <br />vices and projects, and <br /> <br />11HEREAS, the construction of paving and drainage improve- <br />ments on Thorp Lane would benefit the residents of the City <br /> <br />of San Marcos and the citizens of Hays County; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Commissioners' Court <br /> <br />of Hays County and the City Council of the City of San Marcos <br /> <br />that the City will construct all on-site paving and draining <br /> <br />facilities and will provide materials for all off-site drainage <br /> <br />and Hays County will provide labor and equipment for the in- <br /> <br />sta11ation of off-site drainage accord~ng to the plans and <br /> <br />specifications drawn by Lockwood, Andrews and Newnam, and as <br /> <br />approved by the City Council of the City of San Marcos, and <br />FURTHERMORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of San Marcos will <br />provide on-site inspection services to guide the installation <br />of the improvements in accordance with the plans and speci- <br /> <br />fications as approved by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />San Harcos. <br /> <br />APPROVED AND ACCEPTED <br /> <br />a~~x;I/L <br /> <br />~~~ano Ht Fares <br />Mayor <br /> <br />APPROVED AND ACCEPTED <br /> <br />\~ ~ " <br />( /' )(4:-" . _ ..
