RFA 210 -006 <br />Wells Fargo understands and agrees to this requirement <br />B. ONLINE BANK INFORMATION AND REPORTING: <br />1. The successful applicant will provide automated cash management services and <br />daily balance reporting for timely access to balance information and transactions. <br />Minimum services include: <br />a. Prior day summary and detail balance reporting on all accounts and one day <br />float; <br />b. Initiation and monitoring of stop payments; <br />c. Positive pay reporting and exception transactions; <br />d. Initiation and monitoring of account transfers, and <br />e. Initiation and monitoring of internal and wire transfers. <br />2. Monthly statements and account analyses will be available online. Prior day <br />balance reporting wilt include at a minimum: <br />a. Detail on all transactions; <br />b. Summary account reporting with prior day closing ledger and collected <br />(available) balances; <br />c. One -day float. <br />3. Respond to the following: <br />a. Describe the applicant's online banking and reporting systems. List all the <br />system capabilities and services provided (i.e. balance reporting, wires, <br />positive pay, stop pay, etc.) List time online information is available for each <br />type. Are services for various modules bundled or unbundled? If unbundled, <br />list the modules available and if they are charged separately. <br />The Commercial Electronic Office portal is our client access channel, providing a secure <br />Internet gateway to a wide range of financial services including balance reporting. Through <br />CEO Treasury Information Reporting, you can view, print, and download Intraday and <br />Previous Day account and balance information. Download and viewing options include BAI, <br />Comma Separated Variable (CSV), Excel, HTML, and PDF. <br />All Previous Day and Intraday reports can be tailored so you can filter the data to see exactly <br />what you want to see. Customization options allow you to create up to 100 reports that can <br />be saved for easy access in the future. <br />
