RFA 210 -006 <br />Treasury Information Reporting Service <br />The City ends tedious searches for information, the hassle of compiling data from disparate <br />systems, and the frustration created by making decisions without accurate, current <br />information with Wells Fargo Treasury Information Reporting (TIR) service. With the TIR <br />service, you access comprehensive account balance, summary, and detailed transaction <br />data — for domestic and international treasury activity — right from your desktop. <br />In the office, on the road, or anytime, anywhere that you need critical business information, <br />all it takes is a PC with standard Internet connection and enrollment in Wells Fargo's <br />proprietary Commercial Electronic Office business portal. <br />The TIR service provides over 20 standard reports for Previous Day and Intraday activity, <br />ACH transactions, and account statements. You can monitor your Stagecoach Sweep <br />investment position, view Controlled Disbursement funds, check lockbox or wire activity, <br />access ACH transaction details, or gather data from numerous other reports. Choose from <br />standard report setups, or quickly customize and save up to 100 of your own templates to <br />sort, filter, and view data in your preferred format. You can even determine which critical <br />account information appears on your customized CEO portal login page. <br />The following previous day reports are available through our Commercial Electronic Office <br />portal Treasury Information Reporting: <br />• ACH Customer Activity. Complete access to all ACH activity on your account including <br />domestic and international transactions, including settlement information, adjustment <br />detail, and a summary of your return activity by account. <br />• Express Balance. Snapshot of previous -day balance information for your accounts, with <br />an option to include sweep accounts, including balances, total available funds, and <br />summaries of total debits and credits for each account. <br />• Month -To -Date Balance. Daily summary of account balances, aggregate float, and total <br />transactions posted to your accounts for the month -to -date, prior month, or a specific <br />date range. <br />• Previous Day Composite. Comprehensive previous -day balance, transaction summary, <br />and transaction detail information for all your Wells Fargo accounts, including sweep <br />accounts and multicurrency accounts. In addition, this report can contain account balance <br />and transaction detail on your accounts that you would like reported from other banks in <br />the U.S. and around the world. <br />• Sweep Account Position. Complete sweep account information, including investment <br />positions for the next day and end -of -day, previous -day investment balance, previous -day <br />dividends earned, month -to -date dividend accruals, and total book value of cash for the <br />next day. The report includes Line of Credit information. <br />• Previous Day Returned Item Detail. Detailed information on checks returned unpaid by <br />the maker's bank due to non - sufficient funds or stopped payment. <br />• Multi -bank Status. Wells Fargo is able to report balance and transaction detail from <br />other non -Wells Fargo bank accounts you own domestically and throughout the world. <br />This report displays if each bank's information has been yet received and if so, at what <br />time it arrived. <br />• DDA Cycled Statement. An electronic statement of DDA (checking) activity, available <br />the next business day after your statement cycle cutoff, so you don't have to wait for <br />statements to arrive in the mail. <br />• Account Reconciliation (ARP) Statements and Reports. Full and partial ARP <br />statements and reports available promptly after statement/report cycle cutoffs, eliminating <br />the need to wait for reports to arrive in the mail. <br />
