RFA 210 -006
P. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE To insure smooth contract implementation and
continuation, a specific account executive and back -up must be assigned to the City
account to coordinate services and expedite the solution of any problem. The account
executive should meet with City staff semi - annually on banking matters. Provide the
following information:
1. Name and title of the proposed account executives.
Ryan Branigan, Senior Vice President
Senior Business Relationship Manager
Don Nash, Community Bank President
Business Banking Manager
Matt Mullins, CTP, Vice President
Treasury Management Consultant
2. How are technical problems, questions, or changes to be handled?
operational difficulties?
When a problem is identified, Ryan Branigan will provide a prompt resolution_ While this
is important, so is identifying the root cause. By identifying the root cause of a problem —
whether it's procedural, personnel - related, technology- driven, etc. —we are able to
implement a resolution that prevents the same problem from ever happening again. This
"continual improvement" approach to quality management incrementally improves the
level of service we provide.
While Ryan will be your primary contact for most customer service issues, there are
certain circumstances where it makes sense for you to speak directly to someone in one
of our operations areas. Therefore, we also provide you with operations contacts related
to the services you receive. Most commonly, these include wire transfer operations, ACH
operations, and wholesale transmissions.
Daily
3. What kind of technical support is available after business hours and on
weekends?
Our Treasury Management contacts for the District are Treasury Management Sales
Consultant, Matthew Mullins, and Treasury Management Sales Analyst, Martha
Sutton. They are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT.
The Treasury Management Client Services (TMCS) group and Technical Support
Group personnel are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT.
Wholesale transmissions staff is available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
Q. STOP PAYMENTS The City currently averages one stop pay a month and
requires a minimum six month stop pay period. An automated stop pay process is
desired. Provide the following information:
1. Describe the service for request of stop pay.
