RFA 210 -006
Complete Card Account Management Online. Your Program Administrator can activate new or
replacement cards, change credit limits, edit MCC restrictions and addresses, cancel cards, and
view bills, declined authorizations, corporate limits usages, and available balances —all in real
time via the Internet.
Unrivaled Customization Options. Your company can customize up to nine transaction fields
for each card, enabling you to attach transaction information specific to the needs of your
company.
Standard - Setting Automation. Choose from more than 70 customizable general ledger fields to
fully automate your commercial card expense activity. Your company can upload expense data
from CCER to most ERP or treasury workstation platforms, which eliminates manual data entry to
your general ledger.
Continual Product Enhancements. CCER is a proprietary service, developed and maintained by
Wells Fargo Bank. Enhancements are made regularly based on the input of our valued
customers.
CCER also provides powerful tools that create the basis for a total expense management
solution. From account set -up to statement reconciliation and approval, CCER effectively
eliminates paperwork by moving your processes to the Internet:
Precision Cost Allocation. Cardholders can reclassify or allocate any transaction by dollar
amount or percentage to multiple cost centers or general ledger accounts during online
reconciliation. Or automatically allocate transactions to default general ledger accounts pre-
selected by your company during implementation.
Comprehensive Expense Reporting. View, download or print a complete expense report for
your card program anytime, anywhere. Cardholders can also access Level II and Level III credit
card transaction data if transmitted by the vendor.
Electronic Reimbursement for Out -of- Pocket Expenses. Cardholders and non - cardholders
alike can enter their out -of- pocket expenses (including mileage) and receive an automatic ACH
direct deposit into their accounts. This virtually eliminates the need for expense reports and petty
cash.
Streamlined Program Management. Program administrators can view all cardholder statements
on a single screen, easily identifying delinquent reports for follow -up. Automated statement cycles
allow for email notification to cardholders and managers as a reminder to review and approve
statements.
12. How long has the applicant provided this service? How many institutions and
end customers use the service?
Wells Fargo has offered our WellsOne® Commercial Card program since 1994.
Since 1994, Wells Fargo has helped thousands of customers improve their expense management
processes with the WellsOne® Commercial Card. Many of our clients make use of more than
2,500 cards and some use as few as ten. We use more than 47,000 cards ourselves.
13. Provide a list of references from at least three (3) of the applicant's current,
comparable governmental clients for procurement cards. Include length of time
under contract, contact name and title, and telephone number.
