<br />Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and the most Western corner of a
<br />9.82 acre tract of land conveyed by D.D. Watson and wife, Rena W. Watson,
<br />to Leroy C. 0twell and wife, Imogene D. Otwell, by deed of date October
<br />2~, 1954, and of record in Volume 160, pages 603-05 of the Deed Records
<br />of Hays County, Texas, and the beginning corner is on the Northeast line
<br />of a 50 acre tract of land conveyed by W. H. Thompson, et ux., to Katherine
<br />Thompson Rich by deed of date October 1, 1942, and of record in Volume
<br />125, pages 253-54 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and on the
<br />Southwest line of a tract of land conveyed by }~¢rs. M.E. Danforth, a widow,
<br />to D.D. Watson by deed of date November l, 1928, and of record in Volume
<br />9?, pages 351-53 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and is the
<br />most Southern corner of the property hereby conveyed;

<br /> Thence with the Southwest line of the heretofore mentioned Watson's
<br />tract of land, N. 47e 25' W. 265.3 feet, passing an iron pipe at 147.6
<br />feet and another iron pipe at 187.8 feet, to an iron pipe for the most
<br />Western corner a~d an old axle at a corner fence post 2or the most West-
<br />ern corner of the Watson's tract of land bears N~ 47" 25' W. 368.4 feet;

<br />Thence N. 44e 50' E. 65?.0 feet to an iron pipe for the most
<br />corner;

<br />Thence S. 47* 33' E. 265.3 feet to an old iron pipe at the most Northez-a

<br />Eastern corner of the property hereby conveyed;
