BEGINNING at the West corner of said two acre tract in the Northeast <br />'right-of-way line of State Highway Number 80; THENCE with the <br />Northwest line of said two acre tract of land, North 47° 31' East <br />259,3 feet to the North corner of said two acre tract of land; <br />THENCE South 45° 00' East 88 feet to an iron pipe in the Northeast <br />line of said one acre tract above; THENCE South 48° 54' West 220 <br />feet to an iron pipe on the right~of-way o~ State Highway Number 80 <br />amd im the Southwest line of said One acre tract above; THENCE <br />North 68° 34' West with said State Highway 80 line, 94 feet to the <br />place of beginning, and being the identical real property conveyed <br />by and described in a deed, dated May 6, 1955, from Arthur N. Pope, <br />et ux, to Helmuth Hugo Wisian and Hulda Eilers Wisian, of record <br />in Volume 166, pages 122-123, Deed Records of Hays County, Texas. <br /> <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together <br />with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any <br />wise belonging unto the said Jack F. Harper and Murray M.
