D. Watson and wife, to Jack F. Harper and Murray M. Harper~ referred to above, and continuing on the same co~r~ with the Northeast line of said Harper tract for an additional 265.3 feet, for a total of 925.3 feet, to an old iron pipe at the North corne~ of the sald Harper fou~ (4) acre tract; THENCE with the Northwest line of said Harper tract, South 44° 50' West 657.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. The above and foregoing field notes were made from a map of a survey made on the ground on Septen~er 29, 1956~ by Don Cude Surveyor. Each and all of the deeds and other written instr~m~ents hereinabove mentioned togethe~ with their respective records are here referred to and made a part hereof for all pertinent, legal and descriptive purposes. This conveyance is subject to all ease- ments created by recorded instruments affecting the above property.
