<br />11 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1973 - 54 <br /> <br />BOND ORDINANCE <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />On this the 15th day of October, 1973, the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in special session at <br /> <br />the regular meeting place thereof in the City Hall with the <br /> <br />following members present, to wit: <br /> <br />EDDY A. ETHEREDGE, <br />ROSS KING <br />GUILLERMO DE IA ROSA <br />DAVID R. TAUCH <br />BILL DIBRELL <br />WILLIAM L. CUNNINGHAM <br />LUCIANO H. FLORES <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />DOIUSS HAMBRICK, <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />, constituting a <br /> <br />quorum, and proceedings were had as follows: <br /> <br />introduced the proposed ordinance and <br /> <br />Councilman DeLa Rosa <br /> <br />same was read in full. Councilman Cunningham <br /> <br />moved that the <br /> <br />rule reqUiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting of <br />the City Council be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed <br />as an emergency measure as stated in the preamble of said ordinance, <br /> <br />and that said ordinance become effective immediately from and after <br /> <br />its passage. Motion was seconded by Councilman DeLa Rosa <br /> <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen King, De La Rosa, Tauch, Dibrell, Cunningham, <br />Flores and Mayor Etheredge; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br />Councilman DeLa Rosa <br /> <br />moved that the ordinance be passed <br /> <br />finally. The motion was seconded by Councilman Cunningham <br /> <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen King, De La Rosa, Tauch, Dibrell, Cunningham, <br />Flores and Mayor Etheredge; <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br />
