<br />ll-c <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />such interest to be evidenced by proper coupons attached to each <br /> <br />of said bonds and to be due and payable January 1, 1975, and semi- <br /> <br />annually thereafter on July 1 and January 1 in each year. <br /> <br />Section 3. That said bonds shall become due and payable on <br /> <br />January 1 in each of the years as follows: <br /> <br />MATURITY DATES <br />(Inclusive) <br />1976 to 1979 <br />1980 to 1982 <br />1983 <br />1984 <br />1985 <br />1986 <br />1987 to 1988 <br /> <br />AMOUNTS <br />(per year) <br /> <br />$ 5,000 <br />10,000 <br />15,000 <br />35,000 <br />25,000 <br />30,000 <br />25,000 <br /> <br />Section 4. That principal of and interest on said bonds <br /> <br />shall be payable in lawful money of the United States of America, <br /> <br />at The First National Bank of San Marcos, San Marcos, Texas, or, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />at the option of the holder, at the Frost National Bank, San <br /> <br />AntOnio, Texas, without exchange or collection charges to the <br /> <br />owner or holder, upon presentation and surrender of bonds or <br /> <br />proper coupons. <br /> <br />Section 5. That said bonds and the interest coupons appur- <br />tenant thereto shall be executed by the imprinted facsimile <br />signatures of the Mayor and City Secretary of the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas, and the official seal of said City shall be im- <br />pressed, or a facsimile thereof shall be printed, on each of <br />said bonds. Execution in such manner shall have the same effect <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />as if such bonds and coupons had been signed by said Mayor and <br />City Secretary in person by their manual signatures. Inasmuch <br />as such bonds are required to be registered by the Comptroller <br />of Public Accounts of the State of Texas, only his signature, or <br />that of a deputy designated in writing to act for the Comptroller <br />shall be required to be manually subscribed to such bonds in con- <br />nection with his registration certificate to appear thereon as <br />hereinafter provided, all in accordance with the provisions of <br />Article 717j-l, Vernon's Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925, as amended. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
