Council asked staff to look at a 12- <br />hour program, saving in overtime, and review the step program. With the money saved <br />from overtime, then the three positions might be brought in. <br />2) Municipal Court requested two new positions for a collections officer that would be <br />self-sustaining, and a juvenile case officer. Consensus was to only budget for the <br />juvenile case officer. <br />3) WIC requested a nutrition coordinator position that will be a pass-through position. <br />The City Manager said this was not included in the budget in order to reevaluate the <br />Bastrop location. <br />8.
