(1) ,Water Distr,ibution System., (a) The water supply system of th~mobile home park sha II be <;;onnected by pipes to a " mob i 'e homes, bu i 'd i ngs", and other facil ities requiring water. (b) All water pi~ing, fixtures, and other equipment shal I be constructed and maintained in accordance with State and City regu' at ions and requ irements. (2) Individual water riser pipes and connections shall be in accordance with requirements of the City Plumbing Code, as app I) cab I e. H, Sewage"CDisposal. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance, th~ fof lowit)g shall apply: (1) General Requirements. An adequate sanitary and :safe sewerage system sha II b-e prov ided in a II ~ob i I e home parks for conveying and disposi'ng of all se'wage'. The sewer systeni for a mobile home park shall be constructedih accordance with 'the City Plumbing Code, as applicable. AI I propo~ed sewage disposal facil ities shall be approved by the City Health Officer ~nd City Engineet' prior to construction except that the use of septic tanks for the disposal of sewage shal I not be approved. Effluents from sewage treatment fac i lit ies sha I I not be discharged into any waters of t~e State. (2) Sewer lines. ,A II sewer lines sha II be construc,ted and ofmateria~~dance with the City Plumbing Code, as applicable. (3) Individual ~ Connections. (a) Each ~obile home stand shall be provided with at least three (3) inchdiamete~ sewer ri~er pipe. The sewer riser pipe shall be so located on each stand that the sewer c6nnection to the mobile home drain outlet will approximate a vertical position. (b) The sewer connebtion to the mobi1e home from the sewer riser pipe and any other sewer connections shall be in accordance with the requirements of the City Plumbing Code, as appl icable. (c) All materials ucsed for sewer connections sha'll be in accordance with the City Plumbing Code, as ,appl icable. (d) Provision shal I be made for plugging riser pipe when no mobile home occupies the space. drainage shall be diverted away from the riser. the sewer Surface I. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance, the following shaff apply: (1) All electrical wiring in the mobile home park shal I be underground, and otherwise instal led in accordance with the City Electrical Code, as appl icable. Every park shal I contain an electri- cal wiri'ng system consisting of' wiring, fixtures, equipment and appurtenances which shall be installed and maintained in accordance with app I icab I e codes and regu I at ions for such systems.
