(2) Storage and Handl ing of Flammable Liquids. In parks in which gasoline, fuel oi I or other flammable I iquids are stored and/or dispensed, their handl ing and storage shal I co~ply with the City fire code. (3) Access TO Mobile ~ for Fire Fi~htin~. Approaches TO all mobile homes shall be kept clear for fire fighting. (4) Fire Fi~htin~ Instruction. The mobil'e home park owner or agent shal I be responsible for the instruction of his staff in the use of the park fire protection equipment and in their specific dU,ties in the event of fire. The park own~r shall provide standard City of San Marcos fire hydrants located within five hundred (500) feet of al I mobile home spaces, measured along the driveways 01' streets~ Fire hydra!')ts wi I '" be subject to per i od i c inspect i on by the City Fire Department. It shal I be the responsibility of the park I,icensee to insure that the fire hydrants in need of imme:diate repair shall be repaired in a satisfactory manner within twenty- four (24) hours. ' (6) The mobil~home park licensee or agent shall provide an adequate system of 6011ection Bnd saf~ disposal of rubbish, approved by the Fire Chief and the City Health Officer. (7) The mobile home park I icensee or agent shall be responsible for maintaining the entire area' of the park free of dry brush, I eaves and weeds . I I F. Recreation Area.' When playground space is pro_ vi ded, it shall be so 'des i gnated and shall be separated by approved devices uch as board fence, chain I ink fence, o~ hedge from traffi , thoroughfares and parking areas. Such space shall be ma ntained in a sanitary condition and free of safety hazards.
