The Pol ice Department shal I be author- <br />ized to issue" citatio'ns for the v,io.latio.n of the pro.visio.ns <br />hereof and to remOVe and impo.und offending vehicles. <br /> <br />(2) On al I sections of internal ,streets on which parking <br />is proh i b i ted under th i s Ord i nan'ce, the owne'r or agent sha II <br />erect metal ,signs prohibiting parking. ,The sign type, size, <br />height and lo~ation shall be a~proved by'the City Engineer, prior <br />to installation, <br /> <br />(3) A II internal streets sha II be constructed to standard <br />curb and gutter section and shall be maintained by the owner or <br />agent free of cracks, holes and other hazards. Internal streets <br />shall be designed by ,a ,I icensetf professional engineer in accord- <br />ance with good engineering designs and shall be approved by the <br />City Engineer, for an Occupancy Permit for the park. <br /> <br />(4) .Internal ~ Di~ensions, ~ Parkin~. An internal <br />street or common ac~ess route shal I be provided to each mobile <br />ho.me space. Such street shall have ami n i mum w.i dth of thi rty (30) <br />feet if off-street park'i ng is prov i ded in the rat i '0 of two (2) <br />parking spa'ces for each mobile ho.me s'pace. On-street parking <br />shall be permitted o.n only one side o.f the stre'et. The internal <br />streets shal I be continuo.us and connect with other internal <br />streets or with publ ic streets, or shall be provided with a <br />cul-de-sac having a minimum diameter of ninety-five (95) feet. <br /> <br />(5) Two spaces per mobile home space sha II be provi ded for <br />parking and each parking space shal I be hard-surfaced with all- <br />weather material, and located toel iminate, interference with <br />access to parking areas provided fo.r other mo.b'i ,Ie homes and for <br />publ ic parking in the park, ' ' <br /> <br />(6) Internal streets shall permit,unobstructed access to <br />within at least two. hundred (200) feet o.f any portion of each <br />mobile home. <br /> <br />(7) Within eath mob; Ie home park, all'streets shall 'be named, <br />and mobile homes numbered t~ conform with block numbers on <br />adjacent public streetsi AI I street name signs and house numbers <br />shall be of reflective materiah These street signs shall be of <br />a color contrasting with those on publ ic streets so that there is <br />no, confus i on regard i ng wh i ch are. pI" i v,a,te and wh i chare pub I i c <br />streets.
