<br />K. License. A written license issued by the City of <br />San Marcos permitting a person to operate and maintain a mobile <br />home park under the provisions of this Ordinance and regula- <br />tions issued hereunder. <br /> <br />L. Licensee. Any person licensed to operate and ma~ntain <br />a mobile home park under the provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />M, Mobile Home. A movable or portable dwell ing constructed <br />to be towed by a motor vehicle on its own chassis over Texas <br />roads and highways, connected to uti.1 ities, and designed without <br />a permanent fou~d~tion fo~ year-round I iving. It~may consist <br />of one or more units that can be telescoped when towed and I <br />expanded I ateI' for add i t i ona I capac'i ty, or of two or more un i ts <br />separately towable but designed to be joined into one integral <br />unit. <br /> <br />N. Mobile ~ Park. A unified development of mobile home <br />spaces arranged on a tract of land under single person ownership, <br />meeting al I requirements of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />O. Parking Space, Off-Street. A minimum space nine (9) <br />feet in width by twenty (20) feet in length, located within the <br />boundary of a mobile home space, or in a common parking and <br />storage area having unobstructed access to an internal street. <br /> <br />P. Permit. A written permit or certification issued by <br />the Building Official permitting the construction" alteration, <br />or extension of a mobile home park, under the provisions of this <br />Ordinance and regulations issued hereunder. <br /> <br />Q. Person, Any nat,!ral indi,vidual, firm, trust, partner- <br />ship, association or corporation. <br /> <br />R. Site Plan. Graphic representation, drawn to scale, in <br />a horizon~plane, del ineating: <br /> <br />(1) The area and dimensions of the tract of land, with <br />identification of location and boundaries; <br />(2) The number, location and size of al I mobile home <br />spaces. <br />(3) The location, width, grade and speci.fications of <br />driveways, roadways, and walkways; <br />(4) The location, grade and specifications of water and <br />sewer I ines and riser pipes; <br />(5) The location and details of I ighting, electrical and <br />gas systems; <br />(6) The location and specifications of all buildings <br />constructed or to be constructed within the ,park; <br />(7) Existing and proposed topography of the mobile .home <br />park; <br />(8) The location ol'!fire mains, including the size, the <br />hydrants, and any other ,quipment wh~ch may be provided; <br />(9) Such oiher information ai ~unlcipal reviewing dfficials <br />may reasonably require; and <br />(10) A stamp showing approval of the site plan from the <br />City Engineer, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />S. Pol ice Chief. The legally designated Chief of the <br />Police Departmen~the City, or his authorized representative. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />T. Replacement. The act of moving one mobile home 'from <br />its exlstfng stand and replacing it with another mobile home. <br /> <br />u. ~Service Building. A structure housing toilet, tava- <br />tory, and such other facil ities as may be required by this <br />Ordinance. <br />
