No permi ,t sha II be, issued for the construct i on or <br />occupan~y of a permanent res i dent i a I structure in any mobil e <br />home park, with the fol lowing exceptions: <br /> <br />(1) One ex i st i n.g res i dent i a I structure may be reta ined <br />or one new residential structure may be c~nstructed for the <br />o,ccup,ancy of the owner or operator of' the park; <br />(2) An existing residence may be converted to a clubhouse, <br />community center or service bui'lding for use by' the residents <br />of the mobile home park. <br /> <br />B. ~ Required. It shal I be unlawful for a:ny person to <br />construct, alter or extend any mobile home park within the limits <br />of the City of San Marcos unless he holds a valid permit issued <br />by the Bu i I ding Off i cia I in the naine of such person for the <br />specific construction, alteration or extension proposed~ In con- <br />formation with Appendix C, Section II, "Procedure" of the Code of <br />Ordinances of the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />C. Appl ication Requirem'ents, AI Lappl ications for. permits <br />shall be made upon standard forms prwi. ded by th"e Bu il ding <br />Official and shal I contain the,fol I~wlng~ <br /> <br />(1) Name and address of the app I i c'ant; <br />(2) Locat i on and I ega I descr"i pt i on of the mobile home park. <br /> <br />To this appl ic.ation shall be attached ten (10) copies of a <br />site plan, at a minimum scale of 1"=200' for sites of thirty (30) <br />acres or. more, and at a minimum scale of 1"=100' for sites under <br />thirty (30) acres. The site plan shall include all data r,equired <br />under Section 6 ~ereof. <br /> <br />One print of the site plan is to be circulated by the Bui Iding <br />Official to each of the City departments designated in Section 6 of <br />this Ordinance for.approval prior to issu"ing ,the permit. This <br />site plan does not replace or supersede, the subdivision plat of <br />the property requ i red by., State Law to be recorded in the County <br />Records of the County in which the property is located, after <br />review and approval of the City Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />
