I Section~. Licenses. A. License Required. It "sha,11 be unlawful for any" person to operate ~ny mobile home park within the I imits of the City of San Marcos unless he, holds a valid license issued annually by the City of San Marcos in the nam~ of s~ch person fo~ the specific park. All .appl ications for I icenses shall be made in writ'ing on forms fu~nished by the City, who shall issue a license upon compliance by the applicant with provisions of this Ordinance. At any time a Certificate of Occupancy is revoked, the license is automatically void: Travel trailers locating within the City Limits for less than seven {7) days shal I be exempt from this Ordinance. B. Appl ication ~ Original License. Appl ication for the original I icense shall be in writing signed by the ap'pl icant, accompanied by an affidavit of tha applicant as to the truth of the appl i cati on and by the depos it of the license fee" hereinafter provided, and shal I contain: (1) The name and address of the app I i ,cant; I (2) The location and legal description of the park; (3) A site plan of the park showing all mobile home spaces, structures, roads, walkways and other service facil ities. Before the original I icense is issued, the agent shall obtain the approval of the Fire Chief on the f,ire fighting appl iances, water supply, accessways, or other appl icable conditions as meeting fire safety requirements. C. Hearing Granted Applicants, Any person whose appli- cation for a license under this Ordinance has beendehiedmay request" and shall be granted a hearing on the matter bef'ore the City Council under the procedure provided bySectio'n 5 of this Ordinance. D. Appl ication for License Renewal, Appl ication for renewal of a license shall be made in writing by the licensee on forms furn i shed by the City of San Marcos on or before' January 1 of each year.
