Every person ho I ding a I Lcense <br />sha Jig i ve not i ce Tn .wr it i ng to the City of San Marcos with i n <br />ten {10) days after having sold, transferred, giv~n away, or <br />otherwise disposed of interest in or control of any mobile home <br />park. App I i cat i on for transfer of license sha II. be made with i n <br />five (5) calendar days after notification of change covered in <br />sentence one of this paragraph. Within fifteen (15) calendar <br />days thereafter, the City shall act on ,the appl ication for <br />license transfer and it. shall ,be approved; f 'the, park i's in <br />compliance with the provisions of thi~ Ordinance. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />G. Transfer of License Fee, AI I appl ications for ~ icense <br />transfer sha II be ~compan iedb'; a ,fee of Twenty-F i ve Do II aI'S <br />($25.00). <br /> <br />H. Violations'; Notice; Suspension of .License. Whenever, <br />upon inspection of any mobile home park, the City of San Marcos, <br />after consultation with the City official 61" officials he deems <br />competent to judge, finds that conditions or practices exist <br />which are in violation of any provision of this Ordinance appl i- <br />cable to such park, he shall give nO.tice in writing in accordance <br />,wi th Sect i otl 5-A of th i s Ord i n.ance, to the I icensee of hi s agent <br />that un I ess such cond i t ions or 'pract ices are correcte'dw i th i n <br />a reasonable period of time specified in such noti~e, the license <br />shall be suspended. At the end of such period of time, the, City <br />of San Marcos shal I reinspect such park, requesting assistance <br />from other City departments as may be required, and if such <br />cond i t ions or pract i C.es have not been, corrected, he sha II suspend <br />the I icense and give notice in writing of such suspension to the <br />I icenseepr his agent. Upo'n rece i ptof not.i ce of 'such ~uspens ion, <br />licensee shall cease operat i on of such park, except as prov i ded <br />i~ Section 5'hereof. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1,.. A temporary I icense, upon written request therefore, <br />sha II be issued by the Tax Assessor-Col.! ector, for: every mobile home <br />park in existence upon the effective date of ,this Ordinance, <br />permitting the mobile home park to. be operated during the period <br />end i,ng 180 days after the effect i ve date .of th i s Ord inance in <br />accordance w:ith such conditions as ,the Bui Iding Official may <br />requ ire. <br /> <br />J. The term of the temporary ~ icense shal I be extended, <br />upon written request, fo:r one ildd.itional period not b'J exceed <br />180 day.s when: <br />(1) The licensee shal I have filed appl ication for a license <br />ci n conform i ty wi th Sect i on 3, paragraphB of th i s .Ordi nance with i n <br />90 days'after the effect i ve date of th is O.rd i nance; <br />(2) The p'lans and specifications accompanying the application <br />for I icense comply with all provisions of this Ordinance' and :all <br />other ordinances and statutes; <br />(3) The I i,censeeshaH have di I'igently endeavored to make <br />the ex isti ng mobile home park conform fu II y to the plans and <br />specifications submitted with appl ication; and <br />(4) Failure to make the, existing mobile home park conform <br />fully to such plans and specifications shall have been due to causes <br />beyond the control of the I i ce'nsee, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Section 4. Inspection. <br /> <br />A. Inspections Required. The Building Official, the City <br />Health Officer, City, Engineer, the Fire Chief and the Tax-Assessor- <br />Co II ector are hereby author i zed and directed to m'ake such inspect ions <br />as are necessary to determine compl iance with this Ordinance. <br />
