<br />?8-/j <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Minor Amendment No. 1 is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to maintain a <br />copy of said Minor Amendment No. 1 on file in his records as <br />public notice of the change in the Redevelopment Plan for <br />NDP Project Tex. A-G, Third Action Year, and said Amendment <br />shall be binding on all redevelopers within the said project <br />area. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
