That Janis K. Womackbe, and she is hereby, appointed <br />clerk for absentee voting and that Julie Villanuevabe, and she is hereby, <br />appointed deputy clerk for absentee voting. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. That absentee voting for said special election shall be <br />held at City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street within said City. Said place <br />of absentee voting shall remain open for at least eight hours on each <br />day for absentee voting which is not a Saturday, a Sunday or an official <br />State holiday, beginning on the 20th day and continuing through the 4th <br />day preceding the date of said election. Said place of voting shall <br />remain open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on each day <br />for said absentee voting. The above described place for absentee voting <br />is also the absentee clerk's mailing address to which ballot applications <br />and ballots voted-by mail may be sent. Absentee votes shall be delivered <br />to the San Marcos Public Library at 12:00 p.m. on August 8, 1981. Absentee <br />votes shall be counted at the central counting station. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. That said special election shall beheldin accordance <br />with the Texas Election Code and only resident qualifiedvoters of San <br />Marcos shall be eligible to vote.
