<br />1972 - 42 <br /> <br />1)J <br /> <br />FOLLOW-UP ORDER <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />On this the 11th day of December <br /> <br />, 197-3, the City <br /> <br />Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in eegular <br />session at the regular meeting place in the City Hall of said <br />City, with the following members present, to wit: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />LUCIANO H. FLORES, <br />WILLIAM L. CUNNINGHAM <br />GUILLERMO DeLa ROSA <br />EDDY A. ETHEREDGE <br />ROSS KING <br />DAVID R. TAUCH <br />HERBERT A. YARBROUGH, JR. <br />DOROTHY O. WORRELL, <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />Ci ty Secretary <br /> <br />and the following absent: , constituting <br />a quorum, at which time the following, among other proceedings, were <br />had, to wit: <br />The proposed ordinance was introduced and read in full. <br />Councilman DeLa Rosa moved that the rule requiring ordinances <br />to be read at more than one meeting of the Council be suspended and <br />that said ordinance be passed as an emergency measure because of <br /> <br />the emergency stated in the preamble to said ordinance and that <br />said ordinance become effective immediately from and after its <br />King <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />passage. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Mayor Flores and Councilmen 6unninRham , <br /> <br />DeLa Rosa, <br /> <br />Etheredge <br /> <br />King <br /> <br />Tauch <br /> <br />Yarbrough <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />;;.-. <br />
