<br />THENCE, with the Southeast right-of-way line of Veramendi <br />Street, S 59000' W for 261.6 feet to a point marking the <br />West corner of Lot 1 of said Block 1, located at the inter- <br />'section of Veramendi and Park Streets; <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />THENCE, with the Northeast right-of-way line of Park Street, <br />S 35055' E for a distance of 288.70 feet to a point marking <br />the South Corner of Lot 8 of said Block 1, located at the <br />intersection of Park and Peques Streets; <br /> <br />THENCE, N 74007' W for a distance of 64.43 feet to the <br />PLACE OF BEGINNING; CONTAINING within these metes and <br />bounds approxima~ely 28,130 square feet of land. <br /> <br />2. T0at the City of San Marcos, Texas, relinquishes hereby to <br /> <br />the said Exa Phillips Nelson, Marian Nelson Meeks, Hugh A. Nelson, <br /> <br />Jr., and Reuben H. Meeks, Trustee,all right, title and interest of <br /> <br />the City of San Marcos in and to the above-described portions of <br /> <br />Veramendi and Park Streets; and, further, that the Mayor of tbe City <br /> <br />of San Marcos is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute <br /> <br />and deliver to the said Exa Phillips Nelson, Marian Nelson Meeks, Hugh <br /> <br />I A. Nelson, Jr., and Reuben H.
