That the Ordinance of June 22, 1981, that ordered a special <br />election on August 8, 1981, is hereby amended by adding a section, to be <br />numbered 6B, which said section reads as follows: <br /> <br />Section 6B. The Presiding Judge for the Central Count- <br />ing Station shall be Dr. WilbornDavis and the Count- <br />ing Station Supervisor shall be Daniel Devers. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. That the iaportance of this Ordinance creates an emergency and <br />an in%0erative purpose necessary that the provisions of the charter requiring <br />that ordinances shall be read at least three separate meetings and that no <br />ordinance shall become effective until the expiration of ten (10) days following <br />the date of its final passage be suspended, and these provisions are hereby <br /> <br /> <br />
