-3- <br /> <br />At the option of City, City may pay Surveyor on a lump sum <br />basis instead of at the hourly rates listed in "A" and "B" <br />above. Should City elect th±s method, payment shall be in <br />the amount of Six Thous'and Nine Hundred Dollars ($6,900.00). <br /> <br /> Payment shall be made upon receipt by City of an invoice <br />noting which servides identified to this Agreement by <br />Parts II and III have been provided by Surveyor. <br /> <br /> Part VI. Drawings <br /> <br /> Surveyor shall furnish six (6) sets of blue line <br />drawings of the right-of-way strip maps prepared pursuant <br />to the terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Part VII. Period of Service <br /> <br /> The services to be provided pursuant to the terms and <br />conditions of this Agreement shall be completed and the <br />six (6) drawings of the right-of-way strip map shall be <br />delivered to City within thirty (30) calendar days of the <br />date of execution of this Agreement by both parties. <br /> <br /> Part VIII. Agreement Not Assignable <br /> <br /> This Agreement shall be assignable in whole or in part <br />without the consent of City. Surveyor binds himself, <br />successors, executors', administrators and assigns-to City <br />and to successors, or assigns of C±ty in respect to all <br />covenants of this Agreement and City binds itself, its <br />successors and ass±gns to Surveyor in respect to all <br />convenants of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Part IX. Termination of Agreement <br /> <br /> In connection with all the work outlined or contem- <br />plated above, it is agreet that City or Surveyor may cancel <br />or terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice <br />to the other party. Upon receipt of any such notice, <br />Surveyor shall, unless the notice directs otherwise, <br /> <br /> <br />
