Right-Of-Way Markers <br /> <br /> Surveyor shall palce a semi-permanent marker that can <br />be located and found at a future date at the crossing of <br />each owner's property. <br /> <br /> Part IV. City Draw±ngs and Information <br /> <br /> City shall furnish to Surveyor any drawings and <br />information in City's possession or which hereafter may <br />be obtained by City which in Surveyor's opinion would aid <br />and facilitate the accomplishment of the services to be <br />provided pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Upon <br />request by City, Surveyor shall return any drawings and <br />information so provided at the termination of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Part V. Compensation <br /> <br /> City agrees to pay Surveyor for the services rendered <br />in the following manner: <br /> <br /> A.For field work, the following hourly rate: <br /> <br /> 1. Fifty-five dollars ($55.00) per hour <br /> <br /> B. For office owrk, the following hourly rate: <br /> <br /> 1. J. E. Byrn - Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per hour; <br /> <br /> 2. D. C. Williamson - Thirty Dollars ($30.00) <br /> per hour; <br /> <br /> 3. Mike McMinn - Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per <br /> hour; and <br /> <br /> 4. Computer - Ten Dollars ($10.00) per hour. <br /> <br /> <br />
