120 <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR <br /> <br />SURVEYING SERVICES <br /> <br /> On this the 13th day of July , 1981, the <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing by and through the laws of the State of Texas, <br />and situated in Hays County, acting through authority con- <br />ferred on city manager A. C. Gonzalez by Resolution duly <br /> <br />enacted on July 13 , 19 81, hereinafter called "City" <br /> <br />and Dabney-Byrn and Associates, hereinafter called "Surveyor", <br />hereby entered into this Agreement on the following terms <br />and conditions: <br /> <br /> Part I. Employment of Surveyor <br /> <br /> City agrees to retain Surveyor and Surveyor agrees to <br />perform professional surveying services in connection with <br />the provision of a strip right-of-way map for Bishop Street <br />from Franklin Street to Ranch Road 12 and a connection to <br />L.B.J. Drive across Ranch Road 12. Said. strip right-of-way <br />map shall be provided as' an initiatory step t© paving and <br />drainage improvements, to Bishop Street. <br /> <br /> Part II, SurveyOr's Services <br /> <br />Surveyor shall render the following profess±onal <br /> <br />services: <br /> A. <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />Surveyor shall establish right~of-way, lines <br />of Bishop Street as those lines currently <br />exist from Franklin Street to Ranch Road 12. <br /> <br />Surveyor shall establish new-r~ght-of-way <br />lines' on each side of the existing centerline <br />of Bishop Street to increase the right-of-way <br />from its present width to eighty (80) feet. <br /> <br />Surveyor shall prepare a strip right-of-way <br />map shoWing: <br /> <br />existing right-of-way limits from Franklin <br />Street to Ranch Road 12 including the width <br />and location of the existing paved portion <br />of Bishop Street; <br /> <br />new eighty (80) foot right-of-way limits <br />from each side of the centerline of the <br />existing right-of-way; <br /> <br /> <br />
