Be <br /> <br />surety bond shall be available for the satisfac- <br />tion of any valid final judgment against the <br />commercial towing or wrecker service for prop- <br />erty damage to a vehicle towed by said service <br />pursuant to the terms of this chapter. <br /> <br />Ail commercial towing or wrecker services perform- <br />ing services under the provisions of this chapter <br />shall hold the City of San Marcos harmless from all <br />claims, actions and lawsuits which may result from <br />injury to persons and/or damages to property caused <br />by said commercial towing or wrecker service, its <br />agents or employees. Any vehicle or articles inside <br />said vehicle shall be the sole responsibility of the <br />commercial towing or wrecker service towing the <br />vehicle. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
