North 47 030'06" West, a distance of 212.54 feet to a 1 /2" rebar with cap found for the northwest comer of said Lot 20 -A and in the southeast line of a 1.000 acre tract of land described in Volume 197, Page 502 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, from which a 1/2' rebar with cap found for the southeast comer of said 1.000 acre tract bears South 34 023'20° West a distance of 162.83 feet; - 5.
