C® <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br />on the basis of the Engineer's Standard Fee Schedule <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Professional Services <br /> <br />40.00 <br /> <br />Technical Services <br />(computer time, subdivision design, <br /> etc.) <br /> <br />30.00 <br /> <br />General Office Time <br />(drafting, field notes, deed research, <br /> etc.) <br /> <br />25.00 <br /> <br />Secretarial Services <br /> <br />15.00 <br /> <br />Survey Field Party <br />( 3-man crew) <br /> <br />50.00 <br /> <br />100% Reimbursement of Out-of-Pocket Expenses <br />(filing fees, aerial photos, aerial topography <br />etc). <br /> <br />Fees for additional services shall include an aerial <br />topography of the project area at a cost of $5,900.00 <br />and field survey crew time required for controls for <br />the aerial topography and preliminary investigations at <br />the Engineer's hourly rates, but not to exceed $4800.00. <br />Payment for said services shall be made upon completion <br />of the preliminary design phase. <br /> <br />Engineer shall submit monthly statements for additional <br />services rendered and for reimbursable expenses incurred. <br />Payment shall be made monthly. <br /> <br />Reimbursable expenses mean the actual expenses incurred <br />directly or indirectly in connection with Project for: <br />transportation and subsistence incidental thereto; toll <br />telephone calls and telegrams; reProduction of reports, <br />drawings and specifications and similar Project related <br />items in addition to those required under Article II; <br />computer time ,including an appropriate charge for <br />previously established programs; and, if authorized in <br />advance in writing by City, overtime work requiring <br />higher than regular rates. <br /> <br /> VI. <br />City' s Responsibilities <br /> <br />The City shall designate in writing a person to act as <br />the City's representative with respect to the work to be <br />performed under this agreement. Such persons shall have <br />complete authority to transmit instructions, receive <br />information, interpret and define the City~'s policies and <br />decisions with respect to materials, equipment, elements <br />and systems pertinent to Engineer's services. <br /> <br />City will give reasonable notice to Engineer whenever <br />City observes or otherwise becomes aware of any defect in <br />the project. <br /> <br />City shall furnish approvals and permits from all govern- <br />mental authorities having jurisdiction over the project <br />and such approvals and consents from others as may be <br />necessary for the completion of the project.
