Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government Code §551.072- Deliberation Regarding Real <br />Property, §551.074 - Personnel Matters and §551.087- Deliberation Regarding Economic <br />Development Matters, the San Marcos City Council convened into Executive Session at 5:30 <br />p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 in order to discuss matters pertaining to: <br />A.
