• <br />SECTION 1. The Future Land Use Plan of the San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan is <br />revised to change the future land use designation for the following real property from Low <br />Density Residential to Commercial: <br />Street address: 1504 Aquarena Springs Drive, 515 Zunker and 528 Zunker <br />Size: 0.545 acre, more or less <br />Legal description: 0.545 acres of land out of the Charles Meiners Addition, described by <br />metes & bounds in Exhibit "A" and depicted on the attached Map in Exhibit "B" to this <br />ordinance. <br />Deed or plat reference: Volume 112, Page 347 of the Hays County Deed Records. <br />SECTION 2.
