Yeates Survey No. 509, described by metes & bounds in Exhibit "A" and depicted <br />on the attached Map in Exhibit "B" to this ordinance. <br />Deed or plat reference: Volume 220, Page 590 of the Hays County Deed Records. <br />SECTION 2. The Official Zoning Map of the City, as described in Section 4.1.2.2 of the <br />City Land Development Code, is amended to rezone the tract of real property described in <br />Section 1 above from "UZ" Unzoned to "P" Public and Institutional. <br />SECTION 3. After its original passage, this ordinance will be subject to reconsideration <br />at the next regular City Council meeting.
