SECTION 3. That section 6-34 of the Code of Ordinances, <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 6-34. Fees for the purchase of perpetual care. <br /> <br /> There is hereby established the following schedule <br />of fees for the purchase of perpetual care on burial <br />spaces purchased at the San Marcos Cemetery: <br /> <br />NUMBER OF SPACES <br /> <br />PRICE <br /> <br />1 $ 315 <br />2 630 <br />3 945 <br />4 1,260 <br />5 1,575 <br />6 1,890 <br />7 2,205 <br />8 2,520 <br /> <br /> The purchase of perpetual care will be required in <br />all additions of the San Marcos Cemetery except the <br />Dixon Addition, Section 1, and the mausoleum. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
