That section 29-152(c) of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 29-152(c) In the event any vehicle shall be found standing or parked upon the following described parts of streets the same shall be a nuisance per se, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, said signs designating such area as a tow-away zone, shall be removed by any police officer and taken to a place designated by the director of public safety for such purpose.
