Drive to Bluebonnet Street. Lindsey Street, North side, North Street to Comanche Street. Vista Street, North side, Comanche Street to North Street. Vista Street, South side, Comanche Street to North Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Woods Street, North side, North Street to Comanche Street. Notice to the owner of said vehicle shall be provided pursuant to Section 29-152(b). The owner of said vehicle shall be entitled to the possession thereof upon payment of all towing, preservation, and storage charges resulting from placing the vehicle in custody. Said charges shall be as au- thorized by Section 38-8 of the Code of Ordinances of San Marcos, Texas. In the event said vehicle shall not be redeemed by its owner or agent within twenty (20) days after the date of notice given pursuant to Section 29-152(b), a notice of sale shall be sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to said owner, and said notice shall constitute notice of the pending sale to said owner. Said notice of sale shall designate the place of sale, the manner of sale, and state a time and date of sale which shall not be less than fourteen (14) days from the date of said notice of sale. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days from and after its final passage and publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
