Drive to Bluebonnet <br />Street. <br /> <br />Lindsey Street, North side, North Street to Comanche <br />Street. <br /> <br />Vista Street, North side, Comanche Street to North <br />Street. <br /> <br />Vista Street, South side, Comanche Street to North <br />Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Woods Street, North side, North Street to Comanche <br />Street. <br /> <br /> Notice to the owner of said vehicle shall be provided <br />pursuant to Section 29-152(b). The owner of said vehicle <br />shall be entitled to the possession thereof upon payment of <br />all towing, preservation, and storage charges resulting from <br />placing the vehicle in custody. Said charges shall be as au- <br />thorized by Section 38-8 of the Code of Ordinances of San Marcos, <br />Texas. In the event said vehicle shall not be redeemed by its <br />owner or agent within twenty (20) days after the date of notice <br />given pursuant to Section 29-152(b), a notice of sale shall be <br />sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, <br />to said owner, and said notice shall constitute notice of the <br />pending sale to said owner. Said notice of sale shall designate <br />the place of sale, the manner of sale, and state a time and date <br />of sale which shall not be less than fourteen (14) days from the <br />date of said notice of sale. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
