THENCE, N. 43° 25' E., with an old fence and the Southeast line of the heretofore mentioned Salisbury's tract of land, 301.35 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING; THENCE, N. 43° 25' E., with an old fence and the Southeast line of the heretofore mentioned Salisbury's tract of land, 301.35 feet to an iron pipe for the most Northern corner of the tract hereby conveyed; THENCE, S. 48° 03' E. 300.1 feet to an iron pipe in a fence and the Southeast line of that property her~ofore described in and conveyed by a deed, dated March 18, 1960, now of record in Vol. 181, Pages 178-8'1, Hays County Deed Records, wherein James M. Manning, et ux, were grantors and T. J. William- son, et al, were grantees; THENCE, with an old fence, S. 43° 25' W. 301.35 feet to a point for corner and being the most Southern corner of the tract hereby conveyed; THENCE, N. 48° 03' W. 300~1 feet, more or less, to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 2.0765 acres, more or less, and being a part of that identical real property heretofore described in and conveyed by a deed, dated December 22, 1947, now of record in Vol. 140, Pages 243-44, Hays County Deed Records, wherein Katherine Thompson Rich, et vir, were grantors and J. M. Johnson was grantee, a/k/a 925 Bugg Lane, to be zoned "C" (Commercial Use). SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days from and after passage and publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
