THENCE, N. 43° 25' E., with an old fence and <br />the Southeast line of the heretofore mentioned <br />Salisbury's tract of land, 301.35 feet to the <br />PLACE OF BEGINNING; <br /> <br />THENCE, N. 43° 25' E., with an old fence and <br />the Southeast line of the heretofore mentioned <br />Salisbury's tract of land, 301.35 feet to an <br />iron pipe for the most Northern corner of the <br />tract hereby conveyed; <br /> <br />THENCE, S. 48° 03' E. 300.1 feet to an iron pipe <br />in a fence and the Southeast line of that property <br />her~ofore described in and conveyed by a deed, dated <br />March 18, 1960, now of record in Vol. 181, Pages <br />178-8'1, Hays County Deed Records, wherein James <br />M. Manning, et ux, were grantors and T. J. William- <br />son, et al, were grantees; <br /> <br />THENCE, with an old fence, S. 43° 25' W. 301.35 feet <br />to a point for corner and being the most Southern <br />corner of the tract hereby conveyed; <br /> <br />THENCE, N. 48° 03' W. 300~1 feet, more or less, to <br />the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 2.0765 acres, <br />more or less, and being a part of that identical real <br />property heretofore described in and conveyed by a <br />deed, dated December 22, 1947, now of record in Vol. <br />140, Pages 243-44, Hays County Deed Records, wherein <br />Katherine Thompson Rich, et vir, were grantors and <br />J. M. Johnson was grantee, a/k/a 925 Bugg Lane, to <br />be zoned "C" (Commercial Use). <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
