No speakers signed up <br />to speak during the Citizen Comment Period. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced the Staff Report. 1) Mr. O'Leary stated the <br />staff will be holding a Council Orientation on Friday, May 29, 2004 at <br />8:30 a.m. in the City Hall Conference Room. 2) San Marcos hosted the <br />Texas Special Olympics last weekend. He stated there 3,500 athletes <br />participated. <br /> <br /> <br />
