responsibility for the materials. <br />1.0.6 Engineer will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer will <br />advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perform its services and the <br />Engineer will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br />1.1 TASK 1 -PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.1.1 Assemble a Project team comprised of the City's representatives and the Engineer's <br />representatives. The Engineer will meet with the Project team to set the production schedule and <br />parameters for all subsequent work, to verify the components within which all Project <br />participants must perform, and to identify all parties and significant deadlines involved in the <br />comprehensive schedule strategy. Based on this information, the Engineer will prepare a <br />detailed schedule of its work for the Project addressing each component of the work to be done, <br />indicating the points of involvement of all project participants. <br />1.1.2 Assist the City in connection with the City's responsibility for filing documents required <br />for the approval of a 404 Jurisdictional Determination. <br />1.1.3 Perform general administrative duties associated with the Project, to include <br />monitoring/reporting, scheduling, general correspondence, office administration, and invoicing. <br />The Engineer will prepare and submit monthly progress reports and invoices to the City for <br />review and approval. <br />1.1.4 Maintain an "issues list" identifying the date the Project related issues become known, <br />the person(s) responsible for solution(s), date solution(s) will be provided, and final resolution of <br />the issue. <br />1.1.5 Participate in meetings with the City to include: <br />a) One (1) initial kickoff meeting; <br />b) Five (5) monthly progress meetings; <br />1.1.6 Meet with the City's Project Manager periodically or as needed to update the City on the <br />progress of work. <br />1.1.7 Head the Project team and coordinate the integration of preliminary design issues, <br />surveying, right of way issues, traffic control issues, utility Engineering issues, ADA <br />compliance, permitting, and other services as previously approved and as applicable to the <br />preliminary engineering phase. <br />Bain Medina Bain - Victory Gardens Agreement <br />2
