Mr. Mark Taylor stated he had provided an <br />amendment to the Council which the acreage would now total 111 areas. Mr. <br />Mihalkanin inquired whether this would be a problem since the Council had <br />already held 2 public hearings. Mr. Mark Taylor stated the Ordinance <br />reads Umore or less", which is okay. Mr. Diaz moved to amend the <br />Ordinance to read total annexation area is 111.411 acres, and Mr. Guerrero <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
