He stated he is opposed to this <br />project. Residential development will occur with or without this <br />Convention Center. 2) Hillary Huddleston stated she wished to speak <br />regarding Item 7, adoption of a Resolution regarding the Hotel/Convention <br />Center. She stated she does not feel the citizens are in support of this <br />project. She stated she is speaking on behalf of the children of San <br />Marcos, who want a clean river. She encouraged the Council to reconsider <br />this project. 3) Larry Rasco stated he wished to speak regarding Item 7, <br />adoption of a Resolution regarding the Hotel/Convention Center.
