<br />Sec. 14.452 Permit applications; fees. <br /> <br />(g) If the permit application is for residential remodeling work with an estimated <br />value, including labor and materials, of less than $ 20,000.00 the applicant shall <br />submit an additional form provided by the Building Official. The form shall at <br />minimum include a statement of the estimated dollar value of the work and an <br />acknowledgement signed by the homeowner stating they know whether the <br />contractor has general liability insurance and may include such other information <br />as the Building Official deems necessary. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this <br />ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, <br />the other provisions of this ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect <br />without the invalid portion. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. All ordinances and resolution or parts of ordinances or resolutions <br />in conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 6.
