Veramendi Survey <br />No. 2, Abstract No. 17, located at 400 Briar Meadow; amending the official zoning map of <br />the City by rezoning this tract from "FD" Future Development to "MF -12" Multi - Family; <br />and including procedural provisions; and consider adoption of Zoning Ordinance 2010 -41. <br />Mayor Narvaiz opened the Public Hearing at 8:35 p.m. <br />There being no comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 8:35 p.m. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Thomaides and a second by <br />Councilmember Thomason, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to adopt <br />Ordinance 2010 -41, as previously captioned.
